ART FUNDAMENTALS I - Thursdays, 4:30-6pm, for students age 5-8 years old. Students will learn about color theory, composition, perspective and fundamental elements such as line, value, texture, shape, and space.
DRAWING FROM DIRECT OBSERVATION - Tuesdays, 4:30-6pm, for students age 9-13 years old. Students will develop observational drawing and compositional skills, while observing the subject carefully and paying attention to its shape, form, texture, light and shadow.
Registration is limited to 10 students per class.

Our Classes
ART FUNDAMENTALS / DRAWING FROM DIRECT OBSERVATION
for kids age 5 to 13 years
Students will develop observational drawing and compositional skills, and will learn about fundamental elements such as line, value, texture, shape, and space.

ART HISTORY ALIVE
for kids age 8 to 12 years
8 weeks classes dedicated to famous artists, masterpieces, art movements. Inspired by well-known paintings to understand the artist’s style, children will learn to appreciate art history, recognizing that they are part of an ongoing tradition in art.
ART CLASSES FOR ADULTS
Twice a month every othe Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30
We will create some beautiful still life compositions. While observing the subject carefully and paying attention to its shape, form, texture, light and shadow, we will create artworks using media such as graphite, charcoal, tempera and acrylic paint on a variety of surfaces.
This course is also great for older children - 15 years and up, that want to improve their drawing skills. Take a look at our Paint Nights here .
Birthday Parties
CELEBRATE IN A DROW TO GROW STYLE
We do Burthay parties for Children. We will come to your place for 2 hours and will do a creative art project for up to 12 children. We will provide all the materials and will sugest a project that is disigned for the childs age, so everyone can enjoy it, and will create a beautiful artwork that can be proudly showcased at home. Art party with Draw to Grow is so much fun, take a look here .
We host Adult's Art Parties. Invite up to 10 guest to our studio, bring the cake and refreshments. We are providing the materials and a glass of wine. You can choose from variety of projects. Have an unforgetable paint night on your special day. Take a look at our Paint Night Parties here .
Tuition
CLASSES FOR CHILDREN - 8 weeks semester - $280 +$20 one time registration fee for materials for the year. Discount for siblings, second child 10% off + waved registration fee
CLASSES FOR ADULTS - 4 weeks - $150, or Pay per class - $40
You must register to insure a spot. Registration is limited to 10 students per class.

Our Story
We believe every child is born with the power to create, and that power should be released early and developed wisely. Yes, we teach drawing lessons!
Our classes are geared towards teaching creativity for life. We seek to develop and strengthen creative skills, to nurture a sense of self-esteem and confidence as well as awareness of aesthetics and beauty. We actively encourage expression and creative thinking while stimulating children's imagination.
We introduce students to the fundamentals of art - figurative drawing, painting, composition, proportions, the color theory, perspective. We also teach about famous artists and art movements. Inspired by well-known paintings to understand the artist’s style, children learn to appreciate art history, recognizing that they are part of an ongoing tradition in art.
The teacher and founder of Draw to Grow - Elena Belin, holds a Master's Degree in Fine Arts and Art Education from Sofia University. She started the Art Studio in order to share her practical professional skills and love of art. Elena Belin believes that if children look at artworks and think of artists as real people, if they are given the opportunity to explore new ideas, travel through art history, try different materials and techniques, then the exciting world of art will be open to them for the rest of their lives.
